Alquerque

A game probably with origins in the medieval Arabic world. It evolved into draughts in the late fifteenth century, when it was played on the checkered chess board. You can read more about Alquerque here.

Quarter-sawn oak board, with ceramic playing pieces, which are supplied in a linen pouch. With rules and historical notes.
